| 摘 要： | 目的探讨滑膜软骨瘤病MRI表现及其诊断价值。方法回顾分析26例经手术病理证实的滑膜软骨瘤MRI资料,总结其表现特征。结果受累关节在MRI均显示关节滑膜增厚及结节样隆起,并见一个或多个不同成分特征及信号强度的软骨小体。结论滑膜软骨瘤病在MRI表现具有特征性,MRI能够发现本病各时期软骨小体,使该病在早期能作出正确诊断。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the symptoms of MRI and its value in the diagnosis of synovial chondromatosis.Methods To respectively analyze the clinical materials and the symptoms of MRI in 26 case clinically undergone surgery and pathologically proven synovial chondromatosis.Results All the synovial thinkening and chondral bodies with different component and signal intensity were seen in MRI.Conclusion Synovial chondromatosis shows its imaging features in MRI.MRI can be used to make a definite diagnosis of early synovial chondromtosis. |
