刃前区应力场及刀具前角对其影响的数值分析

摘    要:本文用有限元法得出正交切削前角γ分别为15°,0°和-15°时的刃前区弹性应力场的数值解。结果表明,在上述三种情况下,应力都分布在刃前区,而且主要为压应力;当γ为15°时的应力场比0°,-15°时远为集中;随着前角的增大,应力分布向“敏感应力状态”变化,这种状态有利于金属分离。

Abstract:Numerical solutions of the elastic stress field of orthogonal cutting for rake angles Y being15, 0, and -15, respectively, are obtained by finite element analysis and presented in this paper. It is found that in above mentioned three cases, the stress distribution in the area ahead the cutting edge and the face in mainly composed of press stress. The stress field for Y being 15 is much more concentrated in the area than that for Y being 0 and-15. With the increase of the rake angle, the stress distribution has the tendency to change to the so called "sensitive stress state" , a state in favour of the metal separation.
