| 摘 要： | 论述了信息技术产品的固体废弃物和电磁辐射的问题;介绍了环境经济学的外部性理论,分析了环境经济学处理信息技术产品的环境问题的几种可能的方式;提出解决信息技术环境问题的另一种思路即清洁生产;提出了针对问题的对策建议.

| Abstract: | This paper elaborates the questions of solid reject and electromagnetic radiation about the information technology product;introduces the exterior theory about environmental economic,and analyzes several possibilities ways that the environmental economic to solve environmental question of information technology product;puts forward another kind of mentality to solve environmental questions of information technology-clean production;proposes countermeasure suggestions in view of the questions. |
