ZrO2(Y_2O_3)超细粉的制备及制备过程中团聚状态的控制

摘    要:本文采用化学共沉淀法来制备ZrO_2(Y_2O_3)超细粉.制备过程中,沉淀、清洗、干燥、锻烧每一步都能引起团聚体的形成.因此必须对此进行严格控制,才能制备出少团聚、有利于烧结的、性能良好的ZrO_2(Y_2O_3)超细粉料.

Abstract:Yttria doped Zirconia powder with a super-fine particle size had been prepared by gel precipitation. In all the processes of powder preparation, washing, dispersing, drying and calcining-every step will cause agglomerates. In order prepare weakly agglomerate ZrO_2(3 mol Y_2O_3) ceramic powder, every step must strictly controled.
