| Abstract: | At present, the employment rate of the graduates at higher vocational colleges presents a serious problem. The construction of visible job market and potential job market as well should be focused upon and reinforced so as to promote the employment rate of the graduates, thus to realize full employment and sustainable self-development of the graduates. |
