| Abstract: | In order to study the theory of migrant workers return home business institution,the formal institutional environment of the peasant migrant workers returning to hometown for entrepreneurial is analyzed from policy economic,government functions,financing environment and legal environment.It will provide theoretical guidance for constructing the institutional environment. |
