锥体棱镜的偏振特性

摘    要:文中推导出锥体棱镜6个区的琼斯矩阵,计算了当线偏振光放射时CCR6个区出和射光的偏状态。画出了三直角面未镀反射膜和镀银膜时,CCR6个区出我偏振态随入射光振动方位变化的曲线;得到一种简便的CCR干涉仪、干涉测长、数控机床干扰条纹对比度的方法;保证CCR反射系数所镀膜层的选择。计算得到在不同波长下镀几种常见金属反射膜金、银铜、铝时CCR的反射系数。并由实验得到证实。

Abstract:In this paper,Jones matrix of CCR 6 sectors are deduced. The polarization azimuth of exit ray is calculated when entrance ray is linearly polarized ray. The curves of the dependence of the polarization azimuth of the exit ray on the entrance ray polarization azimuth are drawn both coated and uncoated. A method of raising pattern contrast in CCR interferometer, interference measure length and digital control device are obtained. Calculations show the reflcetion coefficients of CCR coated with Au, Cu, Al, Ag on the refle cting face in some radiation wavelenth and we can choose the coating materials to ensure reflection coefficient. All has been proved by experiment.
