井下一线作业人员工作压力与安全绩效关系研究

为深层次研究工作压力与安全绩效的关系，提升煤矿企业安全绩效水平。首先，基于行为安全管理理论，提出研究假设模型；其次，编制工作压力与安全绩效关系的调查问卷；再次，采用统计分析法对调查数据进行探索性因子分析，提取6个影响因子；最后，采用结构方程模型对调查数据进行验证性分析，构建工作压力与安全绩效关系的结构方程模型。结果表明：工作负荷、个人角色、家庭冲突对工作压力具有正向预测作用，人际关系、组织氛围和专业发展对工作压力具有负向预测作用；工作负荷对安全绩效具有负向预测作用，组织氛围和专业发展对安全绩效具有正向预测作用；工作压力对安全绩效具有负向预测作用。

Study on the Relationship between Work Stress and Safety Performance of Front-line Underground Operators

In order to study the relationship between pressure and safety performance in depth and improve the safety performance level of coal mine enterprises. Firstly, based on the theory of behavioral safety management, a hypothetical model is proposed; secondly, a questionnaire on the relationship between job stress and safety performance is compiled; thirdly, exploratory factor analysis is used to extract six influencing factors from the survey data by statistical analysis; finally, structural equation model is used to verify the validity of the survey data. The structural equation model of the relationship between job stress and safety performance is constructed. The results showed that workload, personal role and family conflict had positive predictive effect on job stress, interpersonal relationship, organizational climate and professional development had negative predictive effect on job stress, workload had negative predictive effect on safety performance, organizational climate and professional development had positive predictive effect on safety performance. Work stress has a negative predictive effect on safety performance.
