高管团队专业背景、创新能力对企业价值的影响研究

在中美贸易摩擦趋于激烈化、持久化的背景下,企业的创新能力成为抵御制裁与封锁的关键。高管团队作为企业运营管理的核心,其专业背景与企业创新能力的关联度、有何关联？及其又会对企业价值的影响,产生怎样影响？是本文探讨的关键问题。回答上述问题,有助于更好的了解高管团队专业背景对创新能力的作用,及二者为企业创造的价值。本文以我国高新制造业公司为研究对象,选取2013-2017年5个年度数据为研究样本。基于高层梯队理论以及特质激活理论相关研究结论,实证分析了高管团队专业背景与创新能力对企业价值的影响。研究结果显示：高管团队专业背景对企业创新能力存在显著正面影响,其中教育背景与海外背景的专业性特质与创新能力的交叉项对企业价值存在显著正相关。

Research on the Influence of Executive Team

In the context of CHN-USA trade friction tending to persist, innovative companies play an important role in it. The senior management team is the core of enterprise operation and management. The relationship between its professional background and enterprise innovation capability and its impact on enterprise value are the key issues discussed in this article.As the core of enterprise operation management, how does the executive team''s professional background relate to the company''s innovation capabilities? How will it affect corporate value? Answering the above questions will help to better understand the role of the professional background of the senior management team on innovation capabilities and the value they create for the company. This article takes China''s high-tech manufacturing companies as the research object, and selects five annual data from 2013 to 2017 as the research sample. Based on the high-level echelon theory and trait activation theory-related research conclusions, the empirical test of the influence of the professional background and innovation ability of the executive team on the value of the company. The research results show that the professional background of the senior management team has a significant positive impact on the innovation ability of the company, and the cross-term of the professional characteristics and innovation ability of the education background and overseas background has a significant positive correlation with the enterprise value.
