产学研网络编配机制对科研团队创造力的影响研究:机会开发视角的传导效应

摘    要:产学研联盟是科研团队提升价值创造的重要途径,而机会开发是影响产学研网络编配效果和对科研团队创造力影响的关键因素。本文采用结构方程模型,通过对273位科研团队成员的调查问卷数据进行实证分析,考察了产学研网络编配机制对科研团队创造力影响的路径及传导机制。研究发现,产学研编配机制包含知识迁徙、创新保护、组织稳定3个维度,且都对科研团队创造力产生积极影响,但除组织稳定外的其它编配机制对不同机会开发影响存在差异性;两类机会开发(均衡型与创新型)在产学研网络编配机制对科研团队创造力的跨层次传导机制中具有中介作用。研究结论有助于诠释产学研网络资源跨层价值化释放的路径,以机会开发为抓手不断提升科研团队的创造力。

Abstract:Industry-university-research cooperation is an important way for scientific research teams to enhance value creation, and opportunity development is an important factor that affects the allocation effect of industry-university-research network and has a positive impact on the creativity of scientific research teams. Based on the questionnaire of 273 as members of scientific research team, this paper discusses the influence path and transmission mechanism of industry-university-research network allocation mechanism on the creativity of scientific research team. It is found that the industry-university-research allocation mechanism includes three dimensions: knowledge migration, innovation protection and organizational stability, and all of them have a positive impact on the creativity of scientific research teams, and the two types of opportunity development (equilibrium and innovation) play an intermediary role in the influence of industry-university-research network allocation mechanism on the creativity of scientific research teams. This research provides theoretical support for the alienation of innovation performance of scientific research teams and the disclosure of the value path of industry-university-research network resources.
