中国共享单车多元治理模式探究——基于福州、深圳、成都的比较

摘    要:在互联网+产业信息化的大背景下,共享单车作为新兴的交通方式对我国城市慢行交通系统建设具有重要意义。对于共享单车治理模式的研究可以为城市交通管理提供借鉴。本文基于治理理论提出3种共享单车治理模式,以福州、深圳、成都3市为案例对应分析了市场主导型、科层主导型和网络主导型共享单车治理模式的实践、特点和适用范围。

Abstract:With the development of internet and industrial informatization, Free-Floating Bike Sharing, a new mode of transportation, is of great significance to the construction of slow traffic system in Chinese cities. Exploring Free-Floating Bike Sharing governance model can provide reference for urban traffic management. Based on the governance theory, this paper puts forward three Free-floating Bike Sharing governance models, including market-oriented, hierarchy-oriented and network-oriented governance models. And it takes Fuzhou, Shenzhen and Chengdu as cases to analyze the practice, characteristics and application scope of three governance models.
