基于波特钻石模型的辽宁省特色小镇竞争力研究

近年来,我国大力建设发展特色小镇,各个小镇之间存在明显的竞争关系。竞争能力代表特色小镇的发展水平和发展潜力,从长远发展的角度考虑,必须不断提升竞争优势。结合波特钻石模型,从生产要素、市场需求、相关产业、企业战略、政府作用和发展机遇6个方面来综合评价辽宁省特色小镇的竞争力。建议特色小镇在政府的支持下,准确定位,注重特色产业发展,区分经营,充分发挥自身优势,提高竞争力。

Research on Competitiveness of Characteristic Towns in Liaoning Province Based on Porter Diamond Model

In recent years, China has vigorously developed and built characteristic towns, and there is a clear competitive relationship between the towns. Competitive ability represents the level and potential of characteristic towns. From the perspective of long-term development, we must continuously enhance our competitive advantage. Combined with the Porter Diamond model, it comprehensively evaluates the competitiveness of Liaoning"s characteristic towns from six aspects: production factors, market demanding, related industries, corporate strategy, government and opportunities. It is recommended that with the support of the government, the characteristic towns should focus on the development of characteristic industries, differentiate operations, take their own advantages fully and enhance competitiveness.
