技术治理视角下我国网约车的监管问题及对策

网约车作为一种新型的移动出行方式,随着互联网技术的快速发展在我国增长迅速。对网约车的监管体系及监管技术应用进行分析发现,在监管数据接入程度、经营规范性审核力度、监管渠道等方面存在着问题。在技术治理视角下,我国网约车监管应以科技为手段,通过加强政企监管互动、建立平台内部监管体系、开放多主体协同监管渠道等方面,提升网约车监管效能。
