粤港澳大湾区海洋技术创新动态网络演化研究

摘    要:海洋经济已经成为我国经济的重要组成部分,其增长极作用愈发显著.提高海洋技术创新能力与创新协同水平,推动海洋技术创新网络优化升级,对发展海洋经济、保护海洋生态具有重要意义.本文基于粤港澳大湾区11座城市1986~2018年海洋专利数据,运用动态网络分析的方法,从整体网络和关键实体两个层面出发,对3个不同阶段下的海洋技术创新网络进行研究.研究发现:粤港澳大湾区海洋技术创新网络规模不断扩大,但结构改善相对滞后;网络呈现出整体松散、局部紧密的特点.

Abstract:Marine economy has become an important part of national economy, and its role as the growing pole is obvious increasingly. It has a great significance for the development of marine economy and the protection of marine ecology to enhance the capability and synergy of marine technological innovation and promote the optimization and upgrading of the marine technological innovation network. Based on the marine patent data of 11 cities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area from 1986 to 2018, this paper uses the method of dynamic network analysis, and studies the marine technological innovation network in three different stages from the perspective of the overall network and key entities. It is found that, the scale of the marine technology innovation network in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area keeps expanding, but the improvement of its structure lags behind, the network is loose overall and tight partly.
