摘    要:本文在综合考虑了水下隧道施工方案优选时,其可行性与可操作性、安全性与经济性,以及环保性与适用性等诸多影响因素的情况下,建立了以水文地质条件、几何形状性质、施工技术要求等6项因素为Ⅰ级指标,以地层岩性、工法适应性、隧道埋深等17项因素为Ⅱ级指标的水下隧道施工方案评价指标体系;并利用AHP-熵权法计算了各指标的综合权重,建立了基于组合赋权-TOPSIS方法的水下隧道施工方案决策模型。以某水下隧道为例,验证了该决策模型的适用性。

Abstract:In this paper, under the condition of considering the feasibility of the underwater tunnel construction scheme, its feasibility and operability, safety and economy, as well as environmental protection and applicability, the evaluation index system of underwater tunnel construction scheme is established. It takes the six factors of hydrogeological conditions, geometric properties and construction technical requirements as the I-level index, and the 17 factors such as stratum lithology, engineering method adaptability and tunnel burial depth are Grade II indicators. The AHP-entropy weight method is used to calculate the comprehensive weight of each index, and the decision model of underwater tunnel construction scheme based on combined weighting-TOPSIS method is established. Taking an underwater tunnel as an example, the applicability of the decision model is verified.
