摘    要:设计了一种具有两个背压腔的新型自调背压机构,并系统地分析了带有这种自调背压机构涡旋压缩机的工作原理.通过计算涡旋盘端面摩擦损失功率和泄漏量,讨论了这种自调背压机构的主要性能,并对此结构进行了优化分析.试验结果表明,带有新型自调背压机构的涡旋压缩机性能较同类机型有明显提高.

Abstract:A new type of self adjusting back pressure mechanism with two back pressure chambers is designed, and the operating principle of self adjusting back pressure mechanism for scroll compressors is analyzed systematically in this paper. The main performances of this type of mechanism are analyzed by calculating slide frictional loss power and leakage of the scroll plate, and the structure of back pressure chamber is analyzed optimistically. It is shown by experimental results show that the performances of scroll compressors with a new type of self adjusting back pressure mechanism are improved sharply compared to other machines of the same kind.
