远端联动叶片自锁髓内钉治疗股骨骨折的生物力研究

摘    要:目的:我们新设计了一种可以远端自锁的髓内钉,对股骨干骨折行远端联动叶片髓内钉固定和交锁钉固定后,对其生物力学进行测试,了解髓内钉治疗股骨骨折的生物力学性能。方法: 选6个青壮年男性尸体取双侧完整股骨,中间做成横断骨折,然后用远端联动叶片自锁髓内钉和国产传统交锁髓内钉固定。对股骨-髓内钉复合体进行力学测试,实验结果用SPSS17.0统计软件进行分析。结果:在三点弯曲及扭转实验方面,远端联动叶片自锁髓内钉较国产交锁髓内钉无明显差异,抗轴向载荷时较国产交锁髓内钉差,但满足在肢体非负重状况下生物固定。结论:股骨型远端联动叶片髓内钉力学稳定性好,在治疗股骨简单骨折有一定优势。

Abstract:Objective: We developed a remote linkage leaves self-locking intramedullary nail, To test the biomechanical properties of remote linkage intramedullary nail fixation and intramedullary nail fixation after femoral shaft fractures blade, to understanding the biomechanical property of intramedullary nailing for femoral fractures. Methods: six young male body to take the bilateral complete femur, the transverse fracture were made in the middle, and then use the remote linkage leaves self-locking intramedullary nail and domestic conventional interlocking intramedullary fixing. To made a mechanical test of the femur-intramedullary complex, to analyze the experimental results with SPSS17.0 statistical software. Results: There is no significant differences between remote linkage leaves self-locking intramedullary nail and domestic interlocking intramedullary nail at the three-point bending and torsion experiments, poor resistance to axial load than domestic interlocking intramedullary nail, but meet the physically non-weight-bearing status under the biological fixation. Conclusions: The femur-type remote linkage blade intramedullary nail has a better mechanical stability, has certain advantages in the treatment of femur fractures.
