六安市发展弱筋小麦的气候优势

六安市不同气候因子对小麦品质影响的分析表明,该地区小麦生育后期温度偏低,降水相对较多,阴雨寡照,昼夜温差小,不利于小麦蛋白质的积累和强力面筋的形成,发展弱筋小麦的气候优势明显。通过对气候变率及生产状况分析,提出该地区发展优质弱筋小麦的措施及建议。

Climate Superiority of Planting Wheat with Weak Fibres In Lu'an City

By analysing the climatic conditions in Lu'an City and Comparesing them with other areas,the research result indicates that this area in the wheat birth later period the temperature is somewhat low,and the precipitation relative is more,the sunshine is less,the diurnal temperature difference is small,so it is disadvantageous to accumulate protein and to formate force gluten,and has obvious climate superiority to develop planting weak fibre wheat.By analysising climate changing rate and production conditions,We propose the measures and the suggestions of planting weak fibre wheat.
