| 摘 要： | 对2000-2009年核心期刊发表的有关沙棘提取物及开发利用研究的235篇文献进行分析.结果显示,研究的沙棘提取物主要有类胡萝卜素、黄酮类化合物、原花色素、多糖和沙棘油,在食品、医药、饲料等领域有着广泛的应用.沙棘具有极高的经济价值,开发前景广阔.

| Abstract: | Analysis of literatures published in core journals during the period from 2000 to 2009 on extract and application of sea buckthorn of 235 papers.The result show that the main extract of sea buckthorn are carotenoids,flavonoid,procyanidin,polysaccharide and sea-buckthorn oil.Its application is wide in food,the medicine and feed domain and so on.Economic value of sea buckthorn is extremely high,and its prospects of development is broad. |
