摘    要:利用城市污泥进行好氧发酵法堆肥和复配法制备有机-无机复肥试验研究.结果表明:在好氧发酵堆肥污泥含水率55%,供风量为10~20m3/(t.h),堆层中温度50~60℃,堆肥周期5~7d的最佳条件下,可制备出有机质、全氮、全磷和全钾的平均含量分别达43.06%、3.44%、1.86%和0.35%的优质有机肥料产品,该产品外较常用农家厩肥相应最大含量分别高出16%、2.79%、1.39%和0.07%;按50%干燥的堆肥产品、20%尿素、15%磷酸一铵、15%硫酸钾复配,可制得有机质,N+P2O5+K2O,水份含量分别为30.0%、23.7%和10%的有机-无机复肥,其质量符合国家GB18877-2002《有机-无机复混肥》标准要求.

Abstract:The study focuses on the preparation of organic-inorganic compound fertilizer by using municipal sludge aerobic fermentation.The results indicate that the optimum process is:water content is 55%,air amount was10-20 m3/(t·h),open piling temperature was 50-60 ℃,compost period is 5-7 d.Under the optimum conditions,a quality organic compound fertilizer is prepared,which contains organic matter,total N,total P and total K 43.06%,3.44%,1.86% and 0.35%,respectively.This is much better than the usual stable manure which is lower than the corresponding contents in organic-inorganic compound fertilizer by a 16%,2.79%,1.39% and 0.07%,respectively.Using the dried compost(50%),carbamide(20%),ammonium phosphate(15%)and potassium sulfate(15%)for a combination,the organic-inorganic compound fertilizer is made,the content of organic matter,N+P2O5+K2O,and water are 30.0%,23.7%,and 10% respectively.The quality meets the national standard GB188772002 of organic-inorganic compound fertilizer.
