| 摘 要： | 本文就一般任意复杂网络进行了分析,提出并严格证明了两个具有普遍意义的最优布局定理,即“一般任意复杂网络最优布局必要条件定理”和“一般网络简单串联支路最优布局定理”.在此基础上提出了单元对换计算机最优布局算法,进一步证明了J.M.Kontoleon灵敏度最优布局计算机算法的不足.

| Abstract: | Arbitrary complex networks are intensively studied in this paper. Two commonly used and generally significant optimum allocation theorems, namely, the necessary condition theorem and the simple series branching theorem, are presented and strictly proved. It is evident that these two theorems have both theoretical and practical values. |
