| 摘 要： | 深入开展爱国主义教育，要紧紧围绕全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标，不断探索新的思路。要把爱国主义教育同把握和贯彻十六大的主题结合起来，同弘扬和培育民族精神结合起来，同加强思想道德建设结合起来，同发展先进文化结合起来。高扬爱国主义旗帜，凝聚一切爱国主义力量，为实现共同目标而团结奋斗。

| Abstract: | The further implementation of patriotism education requires incessant new ideas with the full realization of the financially well-to-do society as its goal,which must be done in combination with conforming to the themes of the 16th NPC,advocating and nurturing the national spirit,enhancing ideological and moral education,developing advanced culture,upholding the flag of patriotism,uniting all the patriotic forces and striving for the common goal. |
