基于一阶绝对中心矩的边缘检测算法

摘    要:在对M.Demi的基于一阶绝对中心矩边缘检测算法研究的基础上,提出一种新的图像边缘检测算法.该算法利用包含边缘的局部区域质心存在较大偏移这一特点,用偏移量的大小来判断局部区域是否包含边缘.算法克服了M.Demi算法对不包含边缘的区域处理不当的缺点,能够更准确地提取图像边缘.仿真结果表明,所提出的边缘检测算法是可行的和有效的.

Abstract:On the basis of study on the M. Demi's edge detection algorithm, a novel algorithm is presented. This algorithm utilizes the fact that the center of mass of local area having edge will move. It judges whether the edge exist by offset. This algorithm overcomes the disadvantages in M. Demi's algorithm which cannot process those areas without proper edges. It can be seen from results of simulation that this algorithm is a very effective in edge detection. The algorithm is a practical and promising image processing algorithm.
