锤锻模起重孔裂纹分析及其对策

摘    要:本文对两吨锤上拔叉锤锻模锤击力的计算和应力分析证明,终锻时的“重锤猛击”是锻模起重孔开裂、燕尾开裂的主要原因.采取本文提出的小过盈圆棒插入法,改变孔位法等五项对策,可以有效防止新锻模起重孔产生裂纹,可以有效控制老锻模起重孔裂纹的扩展.

Abstract:By the calculation of drop hammer force and the stress analysis in the fork dies of 2 tonsdrop hammer,this paper proves that the main reason Of the cracks in handling holes and swallowtail is the "heavy hammer-powerful attark" in the finish forging. It puts five plans such as small inter. ference insert method ect,to prevent the handling holes from cracking and take control of the cracksexpand.
