纳米BaTiO3负载Ni基催化剂在CO2重整CH4制合成气反应中催化活性的研究

摘    要:通过溶胶-凝胶法制备的纳米Ni/BaTiO3,并把浸渍Ni所得的Ni/BaTiO3催化剂用于CO2重整CH4制合成气的反应,研究表明,此两种催化剂对反应均具有高活性.通过研究焙烧温度、还原温度、反应温度和制备方法对催化反应活性的影响,发现焙烧温度、还原温度对反应活性影响不大,但用溶胶-凝胶法制备的Ni/BaTiO3催化剂催化活性比浸渍法制备的要高.

Abstract:Superfine BaTiO3 support was prepared by sol-gel method. The properties of superfine BaTiO3 were investigated by DTA-TG, XRD, TEM and BET. Nanometer BaTiO3 was used as support to prepare Ni/BaTiO3 catalyst by impregnation method. The catalyst is applied to the reaction of CO2 reforming CH4 to syngas and shows high activity. The effects of catalytic activity of nanometer BaTiO3-supported Ni based catalyst on calcination temperature, reduction temperature, reaction temperature and the method of preparation of Ni/BaTiO3 catalyst were investigated.
