高校教师专业发展的虚拟学习社区设计

摘    要:信息化环境下,虚拟学习社区的出现为高校教师的专业发展搭建了新平台,使教师有了更为便捷高效的学习渠道。高校教师专业发展有自身特点,高校教师在专业发展中也面临许多问题。明确高校教师专业发展的虚拟学习社区建设思路,对社区的功能模块进行科学设计。

Abstract:In the information technology environment , the virtual learning community creats a new chance for college teachers'professional development , and teachers are conveniently approaching learning. In this text , we discuss the features of college teachers'professional development , and analyze the problem that are troubling them. We have proposed the guiding ideology of college teachers' professional development, and discuss the design of community's function module.
