大负荷训练对成年男性肝脏糖脂代谢的影响研究

摘    要:选择某大型健身俱乐部40名成年男性作为实验对象,随机将受试者划分成对照组、大负荷训练A组、B组及C组,进行10周不同强度的大负荷训练,对照组除正常生活之外,不进行任何训练。大负荷训练能够使成年男性的身体脂肪分布向良性方向发展;可增加胰岛素的产生,有助于血糖的降低;有效降低血脂成分,预防脂代谢紊乱,且负荷越大效果越好。

Abstract:Objective: to study the heavy load training effects on adult male liver glucolipid metabolism;Methods: choose A large fitness club of 40 adult male as the experimental object, the random subjects were divided into control group, large load training group A and group B and group C, for 10 weeks of heavy load training of different intensity, control group in addition to normal life, without any training.Conclusion: heavy load training can make adult male body fat distribution to the benign direction;Can increase insulin production, helps lower blood sugar;Effectively reduce the blood, prevent lipid metabolic disorder, and the greater the load effect, the better.
