丰田生产方式的产业哲学基础

丰田生产方式或丰田制(TPS)是继福特制之后产业思想史上的又一里程碑。以福特制为代表的科学主义的产业哲学和以丰田制为代表的人本主义的产业哲学互为补充,后者的具体表现是自动机械和人的有机统一,即包括人在内的自动化(Jidouka)。“非成本主义”的产业哲学是丰田制的思想基础,为了降低成本就必须彻底杜绝企业中的一切浪费。面对21世纪能源和环境的双重危机,进行集约生产是低速增长时代的产业哲学的必然要求。

Toyota production system is another milestone in the history of industry thought after Fordism.Fordism stands for Scientific philosophy of industry and Toyota production system stands for humanistic philosophy of industry.They supplement each other,the latter embodies the organic unity of automatic and human,i.e.automatization including human.Philosophy of industry of "non-costism" is the thought foundation of Toyota production system.Stopping the all waste in enterprise is necessary for reducing cost.Intensive production is the necessity of philosophy of industry in the era of low-speed increasing facing the double crisis of energy sources and entironment in the 21~(st) century.
