摘    要:针对高距离分辨率雷达应用背景,提出了一种距离扩展目标检测的新方法.首先建立了基于目标最大最小径向长度约束的限带参数模型,然后提出了模型参数的最大似然估计方法,最后设计出了一种新的恒虚警检测器并对其性能进行了分析和比较.理论分析和仿真计算结果表明:在未知目标径向长度情况下,该检测器具有较好的检测性能,其稳健性优于现有的距离滑窗检测器.

Abstract:A new method for range extended target detection was presented for high range resolution radar application. Firstly, band-limited parametric model with maximum and minimum radial length restriction was used for target representation. Then, the maximum likelihood estimation of model parameters was presented. Finally, a new constant false-alarm rate detector was designed with performance analysis and comparison. Theoretical analysis and computation result have shown that the detector is robust when the radial length of target is unknown, and is superior to traditional sliding range window detectors.
