| 摘 要： | 通过问卷调查发现：当前高职高专院校学生存在较多的就业心理误区，这些心理误区的形成有其主客观双方面的原因。高职高专院校应开展全方位的就业心理辅导工作，培养学生良好的就业心理品质，增强他们的就业竞争力。

| Abstract: | Through the psychological questionnaire of the students in our college and combining various data,the author analyses the causes of the current psychological erroneous zone of college students' employment,and puts forward an idea that the college should carry out all-direction work in guiding the mental of employment which will train a student's good mental quality to find a job and will raise their competitive ability of employment. |
