半胱氨酸的抑菌作用与类SOD活力

摘    要:为了研究半胱氨酸的抑菌作用与类SOD活力关系,用不同浓度半胱氨酸溶液滤纸片对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌做定性抑菌实验,并用连苯三酚自氧化法测定19种氨基酸的类SOD活力.结果表明:半胱氨酸的类SOD活力在19种氨基酸中最高,半胱氨酸饱和溶液滤纸片对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌有很强的抑制作用.这说明半胱氨酸的抑菌作用和其类SOD活力间存在一定关系.

Abstract:The qualitative inhibition of cysteine on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis were determined by using filter paper treated by saturated amino acid and placed on the bacteria medium dish,moreover the SOD-like activity of nineteen amino acids were determined by the method of pyrogallol auto-oxidation. To study the relationship between the SOD-like activity and the inhibiting effects of cysteine on E.coli, S. aureus and B. subtilis . The results showed the SOD-like activity of cysteine was the highest of nineteen amino acids, and cysteine was able to inhibit St. aureus and E.coli . It suggested that there was corresponding relationship between SOD-like activity and bacteria-inhibiting of cysteine.
