静力拉伸载荷下纤维金属层板的变形行为

摘    要:为研究静力拉伸载荷下纤维金属层板变形行为,在标准试验之外引入数字图像关联技术(简称DIC),观测了GLARE2-3/2、GLARE3-3/2和GLARE6-3/2层板试样的应变变化过程.对比分析了获得的应力-应变曲线、应变云图及试样不同位置处的应变随载荷时间历程变化的过程.结果显示:GLARE2-3/2层板试样的应变变化过程均匀稳定,无明显边界效应;GLARE3-3/2层板试样轴向有瞬时的性能退化,横向具有边界效应;GLARE6-3/2铺层试样具有两次瞬时性能退化,横向边界效应与GLARE3层板试样相反.

Abstract:In order to find the deformation behavior and boundary effect of fiber-metal laminate (FML) under uniaxial tensile loading, mechanical tests were carried out on GLARE2-3/2, GLARE3-3/2 and GLARE6-3/2 laminates. A new method of digital image correlation was introduced to record the surface strain of the GLARE laminate samples during loading. The stress-strain curves, strain cloud chart and strain-loading time curves show that the deformation of GLARE2-3/2 laminates is uniform,without obvious boundary effects; the GLARE3-3/2 laminates have instantaneous performance degradation and boundary effect, and the GLARE6-3/2 laminates have two performance degradation and the boundary effect is opposite to that of GLARE3-3/2 laminates.
