The Study of the Capital Structure of the State-Owned Large and Medium Sized Enterprises

This paper first studies the present situation of the capital structure of the stateowned large and medium sized enterprises and the recent changes of the market surroundings of circulating funds. Subsequently it analyzes how the state-owned large and medium slied enterprises which haven' t been changed into joint-stock companies choose the ways of raising capital effectively in the new surroundings. Last it draws the conclusion that we should set the enterprises free into the capital markets to form the multiple-units capital structure.
