摘    要:本文采用氚自射线照相法及接头充氢后释放规律的观察,研究了用Cr20Ni10Mn6型焊条焊接珠光体类钢时氢的扩散及分布规律。利用高碳钢淬火试样及淬火后充氢试样的拉伸试验,研究了高碳钢淬硬组织对氢和应力的敏感性。探讨了Cr20Ni10Mn6/高碳钢接头中不同部位形成裂纹的性质、产生原因和防止措施。所得结论,为正确选用焊条及制定高碳钢的焊接工艺提供了试验和理论依据。

Abstract:The hydrogen diffusion and distribution regularity of the pearlitesteel joint welded by Cr20Ni10Mn6 covered electrode is studied by using tritium all-toradiography and hydrogen release observation after charging. The sensibility of the harden structure of high carbon steel to hydrogen and stress is researched through the tensile test of quenched specimens and charging hydrogen specimens after quenching.The property,formation reasons and prevention measures of the crackings appeared in the different parts of Cr20Ni10Mn6 high carbon steel welded joint are explored.These conclusions can provide an experimental and theoretical base for correctly choosing covered electrode and working out the welding procedure of high carbon steel.
