2000-2010潍坊市成年女性体质状况变化比较研究

依据第3次潍坊市国民体质监测结果,对潍坊市成年女性体质指标(形态、机能、素质)进行研究分析,同时结合2000年潍坊市第1次国民体质监测数据,探讨其变化趋势和规律。潍坊市成年女性体质指标大多优于全国监测平均水平,但40岁以后体质有下降的趋势,从BMI指数体重(kg)/身高2(m)]看,随年龄的增加呈逐年上升趋势,45岁以后均超重;与2000年比较,力量、肺活量等指标下降较为明显。

The Change of Adult Female Physique States in Weifang City in Recent 10 Years

According to the third national physique monitoring results in Weifang City, this paper not only analyzed the adult female physique index （body shape, physical function and motor ability）, but also discussed on the trend and the law of the change which based on the first national physique monitoring data in 2000. At first, the adult female physique data in Weifang City are mostly better than the national average; second, the data of women over 40 years old shows a downward trend. With the increase of age, BMI index makes a raising trend year by year, even every woman above the age 45 is overeight. At last, compared with the data in 2000, some index （such as strength, vital capacity and so on） decreased obviously.
