柴油机加速工况燃烧过程分析

摘    要:根据实测柴油机加速工况的瞬时转速和示功图,对柴油机加速工况的燃烧过程进行了细致的分析;结果表明:在加速工况的主加速阶段,各燃烧参数较加速前,后稳定工况有很大差异,突出表现在循环供油量过量增加、最高燃烧压力大大升高,燃烧恶化、工作粗暴,因此,在柴油机的性能研究和应用中应予以特别重视。

Abstract:The characteristics of the combustion process of a diesel engine in the acceleration conditions are analyzed in detail. It is shown that on the sharp accelerating stage the parameters of the combustion processes are significantly different from the values in the steady conditions before the acceleration or after, such as over supply of fuel per cycle, most high combustion pressure, poor combustion and rough performance. So the performance of the acceleration conditions should be paid a great attention to in the development and application of diesel engine.
