摘    要:详细讨论了一种新型直线压缩机驱动用永磁往复直线电动机的研制过程,通过分析直线压缩机的谐振工作特性和动圈式直线电动机的结构特点,提出了增设辅助磁钢的设计思路,这样可以减少电动机的漏磁,使电动机内部气隙磁场均匀、磁力线分布合理.在此基础上,推导出了在压缩机谐振状态下的功率和效率计算公式.利用电机电磁场理论和有限元方法,建立了动圈式往复直线电动机电磁场模型,通过Ansoft Maxwell软件平台,降低了直线永磁电动机制造成本,提高了整机效率.通过对直线电动机的特性计算,说明了设计的可行性和准确性,以及利用Ansoft Maxwell进行电磁场计算的精确性。

Abstract:A novel permanent-magnet linear motor for linear compressor is developed. The resonance performance characteristics of the linear compressor and the structure characteristic of the linear motor on moving coil type are investigated, and a set of assistant irons are mounted to decrease markedly the magnetic flux leakage, then the flux lines distribute rationally and the air-gap magnet field remains equably. The formula of motor power and efficiency is established under the resonance state. The principle of finite-element and the theory of magnetic field of motor with Ansoft Maxwell software platform are adopted to reduce the design cost and heighten the efficiency. The characteristic calculation confirms the feasibility and accuracy.
