中国食品安全带给科研与教育的挑战及其对策

摘    要:近年来,国际上食品安全事件频发,食品安全已成为一个全球性的重大公共卫生问题,引起国际组织和各国政府的高度重视。报告首先简单介绍了中国食品安全现状,重点阐述了中国食品安全给科研与教育所带来的问题及其挑战,并就其应对措施提出了思考和建议。

Abstract:Recently,food safety incidents happened frequently in the world.Food safety has become a major global public health problem.The international organizations and the government in the world attach great importance to food safety problems.The report simply introduced the situation of food safety in China firstly.Then it focused on problems and challenges brought by food safety to research and education in China,and proposed suggestion and measures of solving the problems.
