| Abstract: | In order to enhance the quality and the applicability of dwelling and to improve the economical value of the rooms, a new method of design is used in the room of the top and the first floor. It brings not only convenience to dwellers but also benefit to the building merchant. So this new method of design does benefit to the improvement of the real estate project. |
