物理老化对极化聚合物取向稳定性的影响

摘    要:将聚合物的物理老化引入到极化过程中 ,并研究了不同温度下的老化对极化聚合物取向稳定性的影响 .结果表明 ,物理老化可以减少聚合物系统的自由体积 ,使发色团分子的极性方向不易发生改变 ,从而提高了极化聚合物的取向稳定性 ;老化的温度不同 ,所起到的作用也不同 ,老化温度与极化松弛时的环境温度越接近 ,极化衰减越慢 .

Abstract:The physical aging was introduced to the polymer's poling process and the effect of aging time was investigated in this article. The experimental results show that the physical aging is an important means for improving the orientational stability of poled film because it can effectively decrease polymer's free volume and restrict the oriented polar molecules to rotate out of alignment.The effect is correlative with the temperature of the physical aging.The less the difference between film- aged temperature and re- laxation environmental temperature is,the slower the poling- induced polar order is relaxed.
