| 摘 要： | 目标信息的保障在精确打击作战中起到了核心作用，如何定量描述目标信息保障能力对精确打击作战效果的影响关系成为了一项重要而困难的工作。本文分析了精确打击作战中的信息保障能力要素，提出了各能力要素的量化模型，并在三条假设的前提下，给出了精确打击作战中的目标信息保障能力指数的量化公式，实现了信息保障能力的定量计算。最后给出一个计算示例，说明了方法的适用性。

| Abstract: | Target information has significant effect in precision strike, how to quantitatively analyze the effect is very important and difficult. Analyze the information capability elements, and put forwad their quantitative analysis models. Implement the information capability quantitative analysis, and give out the capability index formulation based on 3 hypotheses . An example is given to demonstrate the validness of the method at last. |
