大学任课教师心理辅导作用探究

摘    要:当前,大学生心理问题日益严重,逐渐为社会所广泛关注.笔者在教学实践中发现,任课教师对学生的心理能起到很好的辅导作用,但是长期形成的观念使得任课老师远离了学生的心理辅导工作.如果任课教师也参与学生的心理辅导,能很大程度上帮助解决学生存在的心理问题.本文从任课教师的心理辅导优势、学生的心理需求、任课教师的心理辅导方法以及任课教师的心理辅导意义等多方论证了任课教师参与学生心理辅导的可行性及重要性.

Abstract:At present, the increasing psychological problem of college students has become a focus of the society. The author suggests that the teachers play an important role in the psychological consultation of the college students. In reality, teachers are away from the psychological consultation of the college students because of the traditional opinions. If the teacher participates in the psychological work, it will help to a great extent the college student to solve these problems. The paper demonstrates that it is feasible for teachers to participate in the psychological consultation in some respects, including the advantages, implications, and methods of the teacher's consultation, and the need of college students.
