绿色生态高层建筑评估要点探析

随着可持续发展观念的日益普及，目前对于绿色生态建筑的研究也越来越受到关注，但是对于绿色生态高层建筑评估却少有涉及。本文通过对国内外绿色生态建筑的评估体系的概括与总结，结合高层建筑的聚居特性。提出了绿色生态高层建筑的评估要点。包括以下几个方面：建筑项目前期研究、建筑用地规划及设计、建筑的属性、建筑的营运系统、建筑使用寿命结束后所有材料和设备的再利用等。

A Study on Green & Ecological Tall Buildings' Evaluation

With the popularity of the concept of sustainable development, people pay more and more attention to the study of green & ecological architecture. However, little study focuses on the evaluation of green & ecological tall buildings. By summarizing various evaluation systems at home and abroad, combined with the special features of tall buildings, the thesis puts forward some key points of the evaluation of green & ecological tall buildings, including study on the early phase of the building projectf the planning & design of the building's site the building's property the building's operational system the reuse of all materials & equipments after the building's life, etc.
