摘    要:研究了镍锍试金预富集中子活化分析测定岩石样品中的铂族元素 .采用YPA4 螯合树脂对试金捕集剂氧化镍进行纯化 ,大大降低了化学分离富集全流程铂族元素的空白 .取样量为 5 0g时 ,所需熔剂各元素的空白值为 (ng/ g) :Ir =0 .0 0 2、Os<0 .0 1、Pd <0 .0 5、Pt<0 .0 5、Rh <0 .0 5、Ru <0 .0 5 .用平面锗探测器测定Rh使测定下限降低了 2个数量级 .对国标地球化学标准物质GBW0 72 88、GBW 0 72 89、GBW 0 72 91、GBW 0 72 92和GBW 0 72 94的测定结果与推荐值基本符合 .

PURIFIDE NICKEL OXIDE PRECONCENTRATION OF PLATINUM GROUP ELEMENTS IN GEOCHEMICAL SAMPLES FOR NEUTRON ACTIVATION ANALYSIS
Abstract:The nickel sulfide fire assay preconcentration followed by neutron activation analysis was used to determine the platinum group elements(PGE) in rocks. YPA 4 chelating resin was applied to purify collector nickel oxide, which greatly reduced the total procedure blank values of PGE. The reagent blank values(ng/g) calculated in a 50 g sample for the different elements were 0.002 for Ir,<0.01 for Os,<0.05 for Pd,<0.05 for Pt,<0.05 for Rh and <0.05 for Ru. Detection limit of Rh decreased by two orders of magnitude by using planar HPGe detector. The other elements were determined by using coaxial HPGe detector. The determination values of PGE in geochemical sample GBW07288, GBW07289, GBW07291, GBW07292 and GBW07294 were in good agreement with the certified values.
