摘    要:从南湾水库中分离得到一株反硝化细菌N1.研究了其生理生化特征,测其生长曲线,拍摄了电子显微照片.寻找适合于当地生长的反硝化细菌,并将其应用于本地的水体净化系统.

Abstract:Denitrifying bacteria N1 was separated from Nanwan reservior.The physiology and biochemistry characteristics of the colony were studied with the optimum growth measured and transmission electron microscope.The aim of this study is to find the best denitrifying bacteria which may be used to purify the water.
