商务英语与《圣经旧约全书》语言关系探析

圣经和现代商务英语之间的联系非常紧密。同样,商务英语中也留有基督教文化的痕迹。商务英语的形成就与《圣经》的英译有密切关系。圣经的出现不仅进一步确立了规范而统一的商务英语,而且大大拓宽了它的使用面。《圣经》还为商务英语输入了新鲜的血液,增添了大量的习语、格言、典故词、派生词等,从而丰富、发展和完善了这一语言。圣经又分为旧约和新约两本。其中《旧约全书》分为经律、历史、诗文、先知四部分。根据旧约四个部分来分别阐述学生们如何通过阅读和翻译好旧约中中英对照部分来更好地掌握商务英语对话的场景内涵。
