模板弯曲变形的全息干涉法实验研究

摘    要:用激光全息干涉法得到了XS-ZY-125A注塑机后模板离面位移场,其实验值与文献[2]推荐的计算公式经修正后所得计算值相一致。此外,本文还分别用初参数法和文献[2]推荐计算公式计算模板挠曲变形的最大值相符合。发现按推荐的计算公式得到的变形值比实验值小。文章最后给出了计算模板最大挠度的实用计算公式。

Abstract:A field of out of displacement of back mould-board of XS-ZY-125A injection moulding machine using holographic interferometry has been obtained. The experimental value is consistent with the calculated result that is derived from the modified formula of calculating mould-board deflection in textbook. In addition, the maximum deflections of mould-board have been calculated by the initial-parameter method and a formula from the textbook respectively. The calculated maximum deflections by both methods are equal in value. It is found that the value of deflection calculated by the formula in the textbook is less than that of experiment. Finally, a practical formula for calculating the maximum deflection of mould-board is given.
