| 摘 要： | 武术是由套路、散手、功法以及武术化组成的整体系统，系统诸要素之间相互作用，相互制约，协调发展，体现出了中华化的神秘魅力，无论是将武术推向世界，还是武术教学，都应保持武术的原貌和自身规律，做到体用结合全面发展，从而使世界人民能够通过武术认识中国，并使我们的后代能全面继承这一优秀的民族化。

| Abstract: | Which is a whole system which consists of routines, free combat, gongfa and Wushu culture. All the factors of the system interact, condition each other and get coordinate growth. It reflects the mysterious charm of chinese culture. Whether we extend the Wushu to the world or just carry out Wushu teaching, we should keep its original character and self rule, and reach a combination of Ti yong and develop all round, so that the people of the world may know china according to Wushu, and our descendants may inherit the excellent Wushu culture completely. |
