摘    要:牙嵌式自由轮差速器是一种自锁差速器,其最大的优点是能防止车辆因一侧驱动轮打滑而“陷车”,从而提高了机器的越野性能,但不能简单地用自锁差速器替代普通的锥齿轮差速器,为此从运动学与动力学的角度,分析了自由轮差速器对车辆传动系统设计的影响,以其阐明选用时应注意的问题。

Abstract:Jaw freewheel differential is a type of self-locking differential,for which the biggest advantage is to prevent the vehicle from not being able to move because of the slipping on one side of the driving wheels,so as to improve greatly its cross-country power.To achieve this,it is not proper to simply use a self-locking differential to take the place of a common bevel differential.This essay,from the point of view on kinematics and dynamics,analyses the effect of the free differential on the design of vehicle transmitting systems so as to illustrate the points to be concerned when making choice.
