| 摘 要： | 本文根据相似理论,对生产玻璃马赛克池窑料道着色进行了模拟研究.在模型中设置了搅拌器,研究了搅拌器安装位置、数量、旋转方向等对料道中温度场及出料端均匀度的影响,同时得到了料道着色的一些基本参数,为料道着色在玻璃马赛克生产窑炉中实际应用打下了基础.

| Abstract: | In this paper, a forehearth coloring of tank furnace for producing glass mosaic have been studied by the analogue theory. The stripper apparatus have been installed in the forehearth of model. The influence of numbers, revolting direction of the strirrers on the glass temperature field and homogeneity in discharge outlet were studied. Some basic data have been obtained. It lay the foundation for the forehearth coloring used in the tank furnace. |
